Located in Kaikoura in the Canterbury region, Deerbrooke Kaikōura Chalets - Chalet 1 has a garden. The chalet also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Plenty of space, good location and not too far from local restaurants. The breakfast food and drinks were a plus. We loved feeding the animals.

Hideaway - A Couples Retreat is situated in Akaroa and offers a terrace. This cottage has a garden and free private parking. Host was excellent Lynn made sure we got to the prperty okay. Cottage a hidden gem, a nice romantic getaway. Location peaceful and handy walking distance to Akaroa. FIre was a nice treat and the cottage was warm and cosy.

Quail Rest is located on Totara Peak Station which is a working High Country Station situated on the shores of Lake Benmore 22kms from Twizel township. Free WiFi and private parking is included. Everything, though about 10 minutes off the beaten path it didn’t matter once you got there. On the front porch you looked right at Mount Cook. The house itself was immaculate and the appointments were top notch. If you are staying for a few days do not miss this one.

Located in Hanmer Springs, Woodbank Park Cottage is an architect designed stand alone cottage offering a log fire, sun terrace and BBQ facilities. Free private parking is available on site. Beautiful, peaceful setting. A lovely stay, enjoyed the visit from the chickens.

Cedar Lodge Motel offers spacious, self-contained accommodation on the ground floor. Guests can choose between a studio, 1-bedroom apartment or 2-bedroom apartment. Cedar Lodge Motel boasts a garden. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well fitted out. We really appreciated the free use of a laundry after 10 days of travel. It was good to have hot plates available so we could relax and cook after so many take-outs. The shower and bathroom were wonderful.Parking was easy, right outside our apartment. The staff, a delight.

Just a 2-minute walk from beautiful Lake Tekapo, Lexi's Lodge features mountain views and a private garden with outdoor furniture. Hosts were amazing and so lovely to deal with! We loved every bit of our stay! We ended being snowed in and they gratefully let us stay while the road got unblocked… our stay was magical and we would definitely love to come back!
