Quirky and iconic, Noah Ark is set in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, in Nyeri. The lodge overlooks a watering hole and salt lick, attracting a variety of wildlife, and features four viewing areas, including a ground-level bunker.

The rooms at Noah Ark are modelled after cabins, and each comes with a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Free WiFi is available in the public areas. The staff really make this an exceptional experience, starting at the country club (Paul and Nderitu), continuing on the drive (Stephen) and of course everyone at the Ark. Special mention to Anne at the Ark, expert in aromatherapy massage. The Ark is so relaxing and so quiet with a true emphasis on the animals. We have been drawn back to this beautiful place several times over the last 32 years and will continue to return.

Solio Game Reserve is 4.1 km from Rhino Watch Safarilodge, while Baden-Powell Museum is 24 km away. The nearest airport is Nanyuki, 32 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Very friendly staff, were able to prepare indian vegetarian cuisine as per our request, great food and most of it very clean.
