I can’t even describe how much we loved this place. First, and the most important thing is that this is truly an eco lodge. Not only by name, but by actual actions and solutions the owner has implemented. I have never seen such wisdom and dedication when it comes to running place like that. You should come here to at least pick up Jack’s brain. He’s such an inspiration! Other than that, we have had the best food experience over there. We are vegan and they catered to our needs soo well. We could even pick the plants from their garden that we wanted to have in our meals. That was amazing! The lodge itself is very spacious, clean, has ensuited bathroom and overall is charming and beautiful. The whole place is run by amazing people, not only Jack but his entire family and staff members. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back someday 😊

TABARI DIVE LODGE ligger i Pulau Mansuar och har havsutsikt, en restaurang, en bar, en trädgård, en terrass, en grill och ett gemensamt kök. The location is absolutely marvellous just you and a few others on your own desert island. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable with the sea lapping under your beachfront cabin at high tide. The staff only spoke a little English but were all wonderful so very helpful and very friendly. It was full board and the food was delicious. There is alot of different fish served in many very tasty ways but also chicken and lasagna and they really do try and vary the food every day. The owners are wonderful and the dive and snorkel team are brilliant. We only snorkel which is phenomenal and our guide Esron never left our sides and he spotted so much we would have missed.. We would go back again tomorrow without hesitation

Methos Homestay - Raja Ampat ligger i Yennanas Besir och erbjuder boende med utsikt över havet samt en trädgård, en terrass, en egen strand och grillmöjligheter. If you want a lovely bungalow over the water with a spectacular house reef (in either direction), look no further. All the guests agreed that the bungalows were the absolute best quality in Raja Ampat. In addition, the house reef is superb. You need to go out at least 2-3 hours on either side of high tide, but this is easy to do daily. We saw gorgeous coral and fabulous sea life including sharks, eels, sea snakes, giant cuttlefish, nudibranchs, turtles, a crocodile flathead, seahorse, and even a manta ray, as well as all kinds of fish and other critters. It is sheer heaven. From the ample deck we saw gorgeous sunsets, turtles, dolphins, fish, and even a passing whale. A cuscus often shows up for some bananas. Jonas was a great daily communicator and helped arrange boat trips to a variety of amazing locations, including nearby manta point, Gam bay (with a stunning viewpoint close to the homestay), Friwen wall, Kri, Arborek, and Mansour. This homestay and transportation were easy to book, and we had many questions answered even before arrival. I can’t recommend Methos’ homestay enough!!

Daroyen Village ligger i Kri och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård med en terrass och havsutsikt. Daroyen Village har en grill. Herman and his family are wonderful people. They took care of us like we were their family. The lady cooked for us and her pancakes were famous. Everything we wanted to see, Herman took us there. We felt safe with them.

Aldejus Homestay ligger i Yennanas Besir och erbjuder boende med en balkong. Det finns ett fullt utrustat eget badrum med en bidé och gratis toalettartiklar. Love the terrace with a comfortable hammock and sufficient lighting for reading at night, and a fresh water source outside each bungalow to clean my dive gear and clothing—such great conveniences! This seems obvious but this combination was not available at two other places I stayed at, one of which was more expensive too. The room size is great, the bed is comfortable with a mosquito net, there is a fan and there are shelving and a lockable cupboard for valuables. Indoor attached bathroom (I love the stones in the design and a divider between shower and toilet) and hot shower at night are luxuries at this location and price point. Diving with Tarzan-Diving was great and their daily pickup and drop-off to and from dive shop on Gam was convenient and well priced. It was nice to have a bit more comfort while still being able to dive around Kri, and not having to stay at more basic accommodations in order to do so. The owner put a lot of thought and care in attending to details and was really super accommodating in helping with everything I needed, including providing me with a charging station when I brought an adaptor that didn’t work, and going fishing so we had fresh fish for our meals. I had a wonderful stay!
