The accommodation was fantastic, we stayed in the blue turtle Bungalow and absolutely loved it. Indeed, we extended our stay for 2 more nights. It‘s a very chilled out place in a beautiful „jungle“ setting with a great vibe, unlike most of the other accomodation options in Curaçao, truly embedded in nature. The many animals made our stay unforgettable (there are donkeys, cats, turtlesdogs, iguanas, hummingbirds, chickens and many more), but especially the friendly cat Charlie stole our hearts. My boyfriend is more of a dog person, but after meeting Charlie, this has completely changed. The breakfast prepared freshly daily is supherb and creative, we even tried to copy their ideas back at home. As I‘ve read in other reviews before, yes, there are many mosquitos but they are everywhere on the islands. So bring some repellent and sleep under the mosquito net and all good :) And yes, bring some ear plugs as well if you want to sleep with the windows open due to the noise of the animals at night, which, however, is totally fine with ear plugs and makes you feel the authenticity of the place even more. The staff around Danita couldn‘t be any friendlier and nicer. We almost missed our flight home as the taxi didn‘t come as ordered, so they drove us last minute to the airport. Danita‘s dad taught us a lot about the place and its vegetation which we are really greatful for. Also, in our personal opinion, one of the best beaches of the island is located just by the accommodation right after the flamingo (!) lake (Kokomo beach). Also worth mentioning, as this was a last minute trip for us, there were basically no more rental cars left, however, the staff at Mondi Lodge made it happen for us. There are all really caring and nice people. The location of Mondi Lodge is also a great starting point for excursions around the island, very conveniently located. We will definitely come back and stay in Mondi Lodge againy.

The Green Turtle Eco Lodge er staðsett í Willemstad, í innan við 3 km fjarlægð frá Jan Thiel Bay-ströndinni og 6,3 km frá Curacao Sea Aquarium. We stayed 9 days at Green Turtle with our 1 year old son. Our apartment “Madrid” had everything we needed. It is very spacious. The kitchen is great to cook your own meals. The second bedroom was perfect for us so that our little one had his own space. Everything in the apartment was clean. We enjoyed the pool as well. The hosts Davide&Marta are lovely people and they helped us with all our questions. We spent a lot of time at Mambo Beach which is a short drive away from the accommodation. It is also close to Jan Thiel and some supermarkets. The whole place is very peaceful and quiet. You feel like you got it just for yourself. You have the chance to do free laundry which was very handy for us. All in all we would definitely recommend staying at Green Lodge. We really enjoyed it.

Koeriboeri Aruba Lodges í Babijn býður upp á útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið um kring, gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði fyrir gesti sem koma akandi. We loved everything about the property, the lodges are really well designed assuring that each one has privacy and the room was spacious and the outdoor kitchen was fabulous! The host was super, very friendly and helpful. We used the pool which was great and the lack of problems for parking was also a bonus!

ABC Lodges Curacao er gististaður í Willemstad með ókeypis WiFi, fjallaútsýni, útisundlaug og garði. Þetta smáhýsi býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með verönd. Staff was very nice. Facilities was very clean and safe.

Kas Amigu accomodations er 14 km frá Christoffel-þjóðgarðinum og býður upp á útisundlaug, garð og loftkæld gistirými með verönd og ókeypis WiFi. The whole area is wonderful and cosy. The location is also great. You can reach every spot on the island very quick.

This oceanfront hotel is less than half mile from Willemstad’s Floating Market. It offers scuba diving lessons and there is a dive gear shop. Very big nice housing very nice crew

Tala Lodge Bonaire er staðsett í Kralendijk á Bonaire-svæðinu, skammt frá Flamingo-ströndinni og Chachacha-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Location is OK and the room is as advertised. The outdoor kitchenette and dive locker were great.

Statia Lodge er með ókeypis WiFi og er vistvænt smáhýsi býður upp á gæludýravæn gistirými í Oranjestad. Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í garði sem er umkringdur náttúru og sjónum. Beautiful place at sea in a quiet surrounding. Manager Tony and his wife welkomed us warmly and take very good care of us. Accomodation was good and clean. Breakfast was tastefull. I would definitely go back!
