We loved our stay at the Banhoek Lodge. The staff is lovely and the lodge is set up in the middle of vineyards. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms have a beautiful view. It's a nice location to explore winelands in Stellenbosch & Franschoek.

The place is beautiful with amazing views over Simonsberg, 2 pools, Wine tasting Room, amazing food, great wine and very hospitable staff. Candice checked us in and gave us the lay of the land. She is a jewel of a woman, and although I also work in the hospitality industry and travel a lot for work I’ve never met someone that is so genuinely nice and forthcoming to guests. She always tries to accommodate everyones needs, and I’ve watched her go the extra mile with all other guests too. She’s amazing at her job and you can tell she’s made for working with people. I hope she’s recompensated well for her efforts because she’s really great at her job. Thank you so much for a great stay, and we will return later this month because we loved the place and how we were treated here.

Very nice hotel in Stellenbosh- 5 km from the centrum Fantastic views from the lovely swimming pool clean safe and very good breakfast so perfect place for staying in the wine lands

Great location a very short walk from the golf clubhouse which does great food etc. Super views from the balcony. Good battery back up for load shedding. Super helpful host! Many thanks for everything Phillip!!
