Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Stay in the heart of Niagara Falls – Excellent location – show map The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place... The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Would recommend 100%

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Great B and B in a good location, close to the station and the falls. The room was clean and comfortable and Sunny was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was also great!

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. The hostess was very nice and cooked a great breakfast. Spacious room with a nice patio/balcony. Good location - nice and quiet, but still only a few minutes' walk from the waterfall/the tourist strip.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Jacky and Alice were great hosts!

It was like a little grandma cottage! Nice, clean and cozy. Decorations were so beautiful! Very soft bed and a big tasty breakfast. It was so cool to wake up in the morning in a quiet location without a crowd of tourists
