For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

Twin Apart Hotel terletak di pusat kota Alanya, hanya 1 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Kleopatra yang berpasir. Location was good. Close to the beach ⛱️ restaurants all around the place. Close to promenade. Staff was friendly, the host (can't remember his name) was really kind, I don't think "that was his job to do". He is just nice to everyone. Husayn was nice while checking us in, answered all my questions (well those he could answer) Camille was also kind and smiling :) Value for the price. This place is ment to be an apartment complex but they act like hotel. Cleaning the rooms, washing dishes if needed/requested/tippped, reception 24 hours, serving breakfast again if requested. The A/C WORKED GOOD and that was the most important part for me. Hot water. Grocery kiosk 30 seconds from the place. We had reservation for two standard rooms, one was upgraded due to full booking.

I've booked this place 5 times, spent maybe a month and a half there. Great host, easy to communicate with, location is in the quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for me. Sea view, on Wednesdays farmers market, near Italian restaurant Sicilia, Georgian restaurant and of course the beach is just across the street.
