For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

We liked everything in this hotel during our stay. First and foremost the room and all amenities in it were absolutely clean. The hotel staff offered us apartment cleaning on a daily basis, but we didn't need it exactly. Our room was spacious with a balcony. We could seat on this balcony every day during our accommodation and enjoy Alanya view and a sea clear air. The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. We hadn't any problem during our stay. From my point of view all employers of this hotel did their best for guests. The location of the hotel was quite good for us. We visited Cleopatra Beach every day not far from the hotel. Moreover, Alanya Intercity Bus Termianl is situated in the vicinity of this hotel. For example, you can use HAVAS bus till the Gazipasha Airport from this Bus Terminal. You can easily find a lot of grocery shops and restaurants near the hotel. WiFi service and Internet were always at the good level. We could watch Youtube videos in our room without any problems.

The service and staff exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself has located literally just across the beach. The staff was amiable and helpful. Cleanliness and comfort were at the highest level. The room had furnished well so that you could cook and eat inside. Also, they have a restaurant on the ground floor, with very delicious dishes and the prices are good. Definitely the best choice for families. If I return to Alanya, Delfino would be my only option. 10 out of 10

El hotel Kleopatra Suite Hotel está a solo 150 metros de la famosa playa de Kleopatra, entre los montes Tauro y el mar Mediterráneo, y ofrece una piscina al aire libre, solárium y habitaciones con... Everything was great😀 It's located close to the beach but same time in quiet area. Hotel is very clean and the Staff extremely halpefull and kind. In reality looks better than on pictures.

El Twin Apart Hotel se encuentra en el centro de Alanya, a 1 minuto a pie de la playa de arena de Kleopatra. Location was good. Close to the beach ⛱️ restaurants all around the place. Close to promenade. Staff was friendly, the host (can't remember his name) was really kind, I don't think "that was his job to do". He is just nice to everyone. Husayn was nice while checking us in, answered all my questions (well those he could answer) Camille was also kind and smiling :) Value for the price. This place is ment to be an apartment complex but they act like hotel. Cleaning the rooms, washing dishes if needed/requested/tippped, reception 24 hours, serving breakfast again if requested. The A/C WORKED GOOD and that was the most important part for me. Hot water. Grocery kiosk 30 seconds from the place. We had reservation for two standard rooms, one was upgraded due to full booking.

Spacious, private, market near by - pool was a great size & the balcony/ bar space was nice and relaxing everything was super clean and inside felt very homely - will definitely be back. Host was very attentive and helpful :)

I've booked this place 5 times, spent maybe a month and a half there. Great host, easy to communicate with, location is in the quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for me. Sea view, on Wednesdays farmers market, near Italian restaurant Sicilia, Georgian restaurant and of course the beach is just across the street.
