Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. We got there very late because our flight delayed but everything was ready for us. The cot and the sofa bed was ready for us. The place was very clean and we had everything that we needed for kitchen. Carla is exceptional. She even bought milk for my little girl. 😊. Mariza picked up us at the airport. Lovely woman, so energetic person . The apartment is very well located, the view is stunning and we were delighted with the fireworks show. There’re bus stop with 2 routes to the centre. The táxi is very cheap and if you want to walk to the centre is not to far. We used to go by foot and come back by taxi. We are already planning to come back if possible for summer and December too. Highly recommend this place.

Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice and not very crowded location. Maikel was simply the most amazing host ever, helping us with everything we needed and always keeping a table ready for us in his restaurant (which served delicious food and all the staff was super friendly and nice) :)

The property was very nice, with comfortable furniture and a lot of space. In reality it looks much better than on the pictures. The are is very silent and its just surrounded with a lot of restaurants. And the sea is just a 5 minutes walk. We loved to stay there and the staff were super friendly.

We left a 5 star villa in the mountains of Madeira to visit Alexia Room by cab and we did not miss a thing. Cookies, fresh fruit and coffee at arrival , an incredible view to enjoy every morning, we had a great stay. The host is awesome.

The apartment is in a great location, right next door to shopping center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful downtown area. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay.
