Set in Bauang, Gregorio Homes offers a terrace. The units at the guest house come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom. The apartment is very comfortable and fairly new. Location is 8 minutes walk to the beach and not far away from the market. Charito, the lady who looks after the property is the best! such great customer service.

Very well kept townhouse with comfortable amenities just steps from the beach. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also a short walk to the main road to catch a tricycle for sightseeing. We loved waking up in the morning and going for a swim, and the sunsets on the beach in the evening were beautiful. The hosts are accommodating and communicative, and the check-in process was smooth and easy to coordinate. The hosts also offered a private transport service to the Manila airport which was easy to coordinate and very convenient.

When we first arrived it seemed like it was someone's private house and felt not sure.......we checked in and stayed for 4 days.....we where made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the owners....I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.....

I arrived and the place is locked and I was told the booing will not be honored. There were very free other places to go and the place I did find was not good. I would not recommend this owner as they don’t honor their bookings.
