Taquile Hospedaje Mario está en Huillanopampa y cuenta con vistas a la montaña, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Cada unidad cuenta con un balcón con vistas al lago. The property is located 1 minute walk to the main square of Taquile Island and it is extremely clean with nice and big bedrooms. I would like to thank Mario our host that took extremely good care of us: he assisted our arrival on the island and then walked with us around showing the Inca ruins (an unique experience no tour will do) and then came with us to the new boat pick up point. Before finishing this review, I would like to stress that this property is a true experience of life with the community on Taquile island. Please do not book here if you look just for classic tourist hotel style because this is NOT what you will find. A few suggestions for prospective travelers: - bring with you a disposable battery for phone cause in the island there is no classic electrical outlets in the homes - ask Mario to give you contacts for booking speed boat tickets (kollasuyo agency) cause all the tour are 1 day and is difficult to find the way back - enjoy the spirit of taquile and its community with no Wi-Fi with an open mind We truly loved this experience, chatting with Mario and his wife and eating with them. "Casa de Valentin" está en Llachon y tiene vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Las unidades cuentan con patio con vistas al lago. Habitación doble superior con vistas al lago, con cama super cómoda. Limpio, agua caliente, nos sentimos muy a gusto. La comida estaba deliciosa y toda la familia muy amable. Nos quedamos 4 noches allí. Bonitas caminatas a la montaña donde te encuentras con unas vistas espectaculares. No hay muchos turistas, es una zona super tranquila,lo que nos gustó mucho.

Titicaca Sariri Lodge está en Puno y ofrece vistas a la ciudad, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Hay un baño privado totalmente equipado con ducha y artículos de aseo gratuitos. I can confirm all the excellent reviews of this place. The apartment is luxurious and it has its own bathroom with a hot shower and an eco toilet. The view is amazing. Isaac offered us a dinner. Also a good breakfast is available that includes fruits. The price included a short tour: Isaac explained to us the history of islands, lent us traditional clothes and did a tour around the lake on a traditional boat. Regarding pick up: Isaac picks you and brings you back from an old dock (it is on the right side of the Muelle tradicional Isla Esteves). From the Puno city center there are buses that cost only 1 sol to get there.

Taquile Sumaq Wasi - Casa de Felipe e Ines ofrece alojamiento en Huillanopampa y cuenta con jardín. I'm genuinely happy to have spent some time at Ines and Felipe's. Everyone is super kind and we had the luck of being there while the family cooked for other community members and hosted a session of Easter chants, to which we have been allowed to take part. The apartment was very spacios and close to the city. Our host was already very helpful. He arrange or offer us delivery of food, taxi etc. He was always here for us. Thank you very much. The location is very quiet and secure.

We decided to stay with local people from the Uros, and their rooms are beautiful just as we were looking for, basic and views of the lake, our host was friendly, and we took their kayak tour, great, if you want to live a different experience this is the option, recommended!

LOVELAND AMANTANI LODGE - Un lugar encantado está en Amantani. El bed and breakfast dispone de terraza, además de jardín. I love whole atmosphere and host family. I had an experience like never before.
