Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. A beautiful guest house in the vicinity of Waipoua Kauri forest, with fantastic garden. It is located close to a main road, but there was not traffic at night and the place was very quiet. As there is no town nearby, we could observe an amazing sky with thousands and thousands of stars in the evening. Very friendly and helpful host.

Really liked the place, all you would need, near the town and lovely views of the water. Check in was really easy with the communication from the hosts

It was clean and cosy and we got an amazing breakfast. Katie was really lovely amd made sure we have everything we need. She also gave us great recommentations on things to see in the area.

Marriner's Boutique Guesthouses in Rawene offers bungalows with free parking and free WiFi. Full in-room dinner service is available by arrangement. The guesthouse was stunning with no detail missed. Robyn prepared lamb shanks for us for dinner and they were delicious. Unfortunately we think we stayed at the best accommodation early in our trip and nothing else will begin to compare.
