Fiona was super lovely to chat to and had great recommendations for what to do in the area. Shower had great pressure, bed was super comfy, felt very private and snug. The breakfast was amazing and you were even given a menu to select your choices. A cooked breakfast was also an option. We had breakfast in our room, which was a nice touch.

Weather was awful when we arrived. Pouring with rain and windy so it was great to have a home from home place to stay that was nice and cosy. The weather improved the following day allowing us to experience the beauty of Lake Tekapo.
