Melo Pomelo was an incredible place to stay for us while in Kathmandu. It was central yet so peaceful as it was located in an alleyway. The decor and vibe was so warm, inviting and cosy, and the courtyard was a great place to get some nature and sun. The hosts Amir and Ragini were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed and we appreciate it so much. Please stay here if you go to Kathmandu!

A traditional building in the center of historical Bhaktapur. The staff was so attentive and always present. Breakfast was great. I loved the feel of the hotel.

Warm shower, kitchen with gas stove, fridge, nice wifi were all included, perfect for solo traveler who want to experience the local culture and walk around the old district. And the nice, helpful host always replied texts immediately and ready to help. Highly recommend this guest house.

Swagat homestay ligger 2,7 km från Pashupatinath och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass samt restaurang. For me the best part were Sugat and Roshani, whose Homestay it is. Every morning at breakfast I would speak to one or both of them which made me feel welcome and at ease. It also made it very easy for me to ask any questions I had about for example where to go for a specific bus or place to visit, or even having Sugat help me book the bus to Pokhara. While I was gone for a few days, I could leave my bigger bag at their place. They were a fantastic support! 🙏
