After a disappointing experience in Malta I decided to take some time out and visit Gozo (namely to escape both the accommodation I booked and its location on the mainland). Gozo and Bliss where a game changer. The accommodation itself I found exceptional, the beds were comfy, breakfasts were fantastic and the staff were a godsend, not to say that I also fell in love with Gozo and in particular Xaghra. Bliss also sported a rooftop pool with majestic views of the island, the rooms were spotless and I can't say enough about the management. Xaghra was a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel, however given the quality of the restaurants it is a worthwhile walk and after a bottle of the local red it makes for a wonderful walk back to the accommodation. Bliss Boutique is unlike its rivals in Malta where the Boutique standard is not just in name!

The comfort was great, the hotel was very nice in a quiet area, the service was super great and the breakfast has a variety to choose from plus the freshly baked bread ahaha

Located within 100 metres of Xwejni Bay Beach and 1.6 km of Marsalforn Beach, Salini Suites provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Żebbuġ. We had a great stay, Adrien was our contact, organized taxi for us, was available and very kind. The location is absolutely perfect, edge of town with salt pans right next to it and great restaurants within a couple of minutes walking.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Rosehill B&B is a recently renovated guest house situated in Xagħra, 2.6 km from Ramla Beach. Brian is a very nice host, the place was clean and comfortable.

Loved it all, owner is so friendly and welcoming, she even got us drinks in another town because all shops close from 12 to 5pm

Set in Għarb, in a historic building, 300 metres from Ta' Pinu Basilica, Home Mood B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with an outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. You can tell that Federico and Claudio have so much love and passion for what they do. They made my stay in Gozo so special - everything from the exquisite breakfast to the beautiful setting and relaxing massage. I hope to be back soon!

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, The Carob Tree is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Victoria, 2.8 km from Xlendi Beach. The Carob Tree is a beautiful home to stay in with exceptional hosts. Extremely clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Beautiful balcony with our room looking out on the countryside and the pool was an extra bonus. Would highly recommend the Carob Tree 😊

Set within 2.1 km of Ramla taz-Zewwieqa Beach and 2.3 km of Gorgun Beach, Ta' Dun Martin Bed and Breakfast offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nadur. This is wonderful place to stay! A beautifully renovated villa minutes from the Gozo ferry terminal by car and a short walk to lovely restaurants and a small grocery shop. Our room was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed the roof top pool with views of the entire island. Laurie was a delightful host and the breakfast was great!
