Very good breakfast (you can choose from a big list and is being delivered each morning at the apartment). Free parking 5 min away (there is one at the property but it is paid). A lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. The beach is two minutes away and the price includes a reserved umbrella + 2 sunbeds at the (awesome) beach. The coffee machine at the apartment made terrific coffee!

Luxury Venetian Rooms ligger i en 1300-talsbyggnad i hjärtat av Venedig, mindre än 200 meter från Markusplatsen och basilikan samt 250 meter från Palazzo Ducale. We loved the location and being able to watch the gondolas go by from our windows. There was always something to see. Close to San Marco square and simple to navigate once we found it!

Great location and price, free car park nearby to keep your car if driving. Staff very accommodating, rooms are above a sweet coffee shop the staff run. Breakfast is served there. Great options for breakfast. I'd say this is well located but it's not directly in the city centre (within the river) but it's a short walk away. I was able to keep my luggage at the property after checking out which was great. Shout out to Manuel, he was great 👍 extremely accommodating of my last minute booking.
