The host is a very nice guy that gave us a lot of information regarding the place, the history, the testaurants etc. The apartment was right in front of the water, with a splendid view over the sunset.

Room is exceptionally clean, freshly renovated, everything looks brand new. Bed really comfortable. Location is very close to the train station (5 min walk) so perfect for visiting La Cinque Terre. Communication with host is very good. We would definitely like to come back.

The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We liked honestly everything about this property! The location (few minutes away from the train station), the apartment itself, and especially its spaciousness, the newness (which often is not the great thing) but liked the design, amazing bathroom, and especially shower, terrace.. everything was great! The host was also super sweet and considerate. Gave us plenty of recommendations, and even more!

Affittacamere Ca der Culunellu ligger i Soviore, 23 km från Castello San Giorgio, och har en terrass, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. The hostess was the sweetest Italian lady I ever came across. She and her husband and their dog drove me around to the bus stops every time I needed to go to the town(as the location is a bit inconvenient). Also the restaurant near the place is so good with the best food. The BnB is done up so well. My favourite room from all my stays in Italy
