The Mango Guest House is set in Aswan, 700 metres from Aswan Christian Cathedral and 1 km from El-Tabia Mosque. Hamada was super friendly, always there to help, provided us with tours and information, helped out with questions. We really enjoyed staying at the Mango guest house. The bed was comfy, the aircon works good, wifi the same, very clean. Breakfast was also delicious and more than enough. Some variety between the days. Value for money is perfect. It is a guest house, so don't expect hotel feelings, this is exactly what we wanted.

Offering garden views, Nuba Heart is an accommodation situated in Aswan, 24 km from Kitchener's Island and 25 km from Aswan High Dam. The Nuba Heart is a spanking brand-new Nubian accommodation on the west bank of Aswan, so very clean, it has the most comfortable brand new beds and sheets, the highest rooftop in the village that has an extremely friendly vibe where you eat breakfast and dinner. The owner is very proud and wants to do his best for everyone and his wife cooked the best Nile fish dinner I’ve have eaten in Egypt, highly recommended. Mohamed the owner’s son is a huge Asset to the family business, as he’s incredibly friendly and such a special person, his English is very good too. The lovely children could not have bigger smiles and so well behaved. You can walk to the Tombs being just up the road (which has fabulous views), then walk to the old Monastery and also to the mausoleum. I recommend that you come back to Nuba Heart by Camel and look for Harris at the mausoleum, he’s a lovely peaceful guy, who even bought me tea, he has 2 Camels, or more 🐪 are available if you’re a bigger group. There’s a public boat that crosses the Nile 24/7 costing 10 Egyptian pounds to reach the Nubian village on the West Bank and it’s either a short walk or a few minutes ride by tut-tut to Nuba Heart

Boasting a terrace with lake views, a private beach area and a shared lounge, La Terrace can be found in Aswan, close to Nubian Museum and 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. The communication and constant care from owner who couldn’t do enough for you, from having a car waiting at airport to helping with ferry crossing, to making you feel at home & checking up on you constantly. Even recommended a great breakfast spot with a view . Would sincerely recommend & will stay there again on next trip

Boasting a terrace with lake views, a private beach area and a garden, Airkela Nuba Dool2 can be found in Aswan, close to Nubian Museum and 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. Great location - 1 min from the ferry dock. The warmth of the hosts, everyone was always welcoming. My wife was unwell for a day, they always asked about her and cared for her. Nice breakfast (additional 150 EGP). Beautiful views. The room was cleaned everyday and bed linen was changed (which was wonderful). Great shower pressure.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at a hotel with friendly staff, particularly Kareem, who fulfilled all our requests with a smile. The rooms were clean. The terrace restaurant offered affordable, fresh local cuisine and shisha. We really enjoyed it! The well-planned Abu Simbel Temple tour included an early breakfast meal box, allowing us to avoid crowds and explore leisurely. Overall, a delightful experience in Aswan thanks to the hotel's excellent service and thoughtful arrangements. Highly recommended!

We were so happy to meet the Nubian people through Ahmed and his family. They are extremely kind, sweet, helpful, honest and we would love to come back just to get to know them more. They were always super attentive and careful. The food was delicious, the place super clean, comfy and in the heart of the village. We are so grateful to meet them and stay with them.

18 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Artika Wadi Kiki Hotel is a recently renovated property situated in Aswan and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. "I really loved the design of this hotel and its tranquil location, yet close proximity to the market and the sea. In terms of cleanliness, it is exceptionally clean and maintains a very high level of tidiness and elegance. The food was excellent, and they serve a delicious rice pudding. The staff and reception were very friendly and attentive, offering a refreshing welcome drink of hibiscus tea. The place is very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone visiting Aswan to stay here. I will come back for longer days next time. The experience was truly wonderful

Offering a terrace and river view, Jamaica Guest House is located in Aswan, 1.2 km from Nubian Museum and 400 metres from Kitchener's Island. Everything was wonderful, I think I never had an experience this great. We were warmly welcomed, everything was very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was always amazing and very flexible according to your own shedule. The host always helped us to fix a boat, or car to get to the sites we wanted to visit. She is an amazing woman, with an amazing place to stay at. We will definitely be coming back, and definitely be staying here again because other accomodations are not an optian. Truly this is one of the best experiences I had
