A recently renovated apartment in Puerto Ayora and within 600 metres of Galapagos Beach at Tortuga Bay, Alma de cedrela features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. All rooms are equipped with a patio with views of the garden. The room was beautiful, fairly big and nicely decorated. Shower was great. We had a kettle, microwave and stove top. Lots of shelves to put things on. Was in a residential area away from noise and a short walk into the town. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Oro Beach is 800 metres away. I stayed at Casa Alexita as a solo traveler and I loved it. The room was very comfortable, affordable snorkling rental and Alexita even helped me with extra towels and laundry. Was a lot of fun playing with their daughter and I got many tips and help for excursions.

Set 1.8 km from La Estacion Beach, El Arco de Darwin offers accommodation with a balcony. It is situated 1.9 km from Los Alemanes Beach and offers a shared kitchen. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the city and inner courtyard. Very comfy beds, air conditioning was almost too cold! Which was a real treat after travelling through Central America/places with no A/C. Checking in and out was very easy. Everything provided, towels, shampoo etc. Kitchen also upstairs- not as complete as a hostel kitchen but has everything you need (also instead of cooking yourself, much better to go get the empanadas from down the road anyway!), wifi was great too. Staff were fabulous too, our Español is not great, and it was no problem!

Situated in Puerto Villamil, 500 metres from Puerto Villamil Beach, Hostal Punta Arena offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. This guest house provides a shared lounge. The guest house features garden views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Great hostel, clean room, nice kitchen!

The Finch House is a detached holiday home located in Puerto Ayora in the Santa Cruz Island, Galápagos and is 4 km from Tortuga Bay. The holiday home is 20 km from El Garrapatero Beach. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. My “room” was definately a guest house! Bedroom in main area, kitchen , bath. Had everything you need. Clean, good water pressure and the manager/ owner Maria is friendly and kind. She is so helpful! There is a common area with table outside and a little courtyard full of flowers. Air conditioning isnt listed on the ammenities but its there. Taxis are easy to hail or you can walk easily to the town area.

The property has garden views and is 2.9 km from De Los Perros Beach and 1 km from Tortuga Bay. The guest house features family rooms. Great location, wonderful, clean and ample rooms and amazing service from staff. Juan Carlos went above and beyond his duties to help us. I cannot recommend Posada del Mar enough!

Rooms at Hostal Romy feature air conditioning, a TV, a kitchenette and a balcony Guests can enjoy a 24-hour tour desk. Really enjoyed our stay here. We had to alter our travel plans last minute and the owner very kindly changed this for us. There was fresh water and snacks in the room that was cleaned every day. The owner checked is in personally, walking us through the amenities of our room and also took the time to explain the island and offer suggestions of restaurants, beaches, activities, etc. Wifi worked better than anywhere else we stayed in the Galapagos. Room was spotless. We had a lovely large private balcony and a mini fridge in the room. Hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of the town, perfect location as you don't get the noise from the town.
