The hotel is perfect and exceeded our expectations in everything :) They were able to provide us a room early and help accommodate a sleeping kid, helped with the luggage and all the additional questions we had. The breakfast was exceptional! The location and the view were also perfect. Also - the hotel is very very clean, and very cozy! We will definitely stay there once again when we visit Plovdiv, and highly recommend this place!

Very clean and well maintained room. The staff were extremely welcoming and showed us the must-sees on the map before we headed out for the day. Located in the centre of Plovdiv, 600 metres from the Roman Theatre, Old Plovdiv House in Kapana Area offers air-conditioned accommodations with free access to a sauna, a Turkish bath and a fitness... Very nice clean hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. Reception lady was very kind to help me with parking. Hotel has dedicated parking space, which could be reserved for guests for extra charge. There is also SPA available for guests for free to use, but we had no time to use it unfortunately. Bed in bedroom was soft, exactly as I like. Our room was on the4th floor, no elevator, but it's not a problem for us. Also we were warned before our arrival about absence of lift. We don't mind some exercising :)

The staff were very welcoming, helpful with all my enquires and together with the room cleaners, make a great team. The hotel location is excellent, close to all the old town sites to walk to as well as restaurants and shops, but very quiet. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness immaculate. They were expecting us on arrival to welcome and help with our suitcases.Very close to the center of the town excellent location. Perfect and safe car park.
