Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area.... I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

I loved the room, the bathroom, and the overall feel of the hotel. The staff was super responsive and I loved the little candy available at the entrance.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Situated within 1.6 km of Tour & Taxis and 3 km of Brussels Expo in Brussels, Chambre deluxe au 2ème étage, chambre double au 4ème étage PAS UN HÔTEL features accommodation with seating area. The room was super clean and the host very polite and helpful. The metro station is 5 minutes away with walking and there are several busses that leave you right at the corner of the facility.
