The location was fantastic as you were close to Frenchmen Street, and a short walk to the French Quarter. We were upgraded to a suite after there was a mix up with the room type we thought we had booked, making our stay very comfortable. The staff and management were so lovely, and we enjoyed a great light breakfast in the beutiful kitchen the first morning of our stay.

It’s located at a great and quiet location in the beautiful Lower Garden District, it’s very central and everything important is closeby, it’s so beautifully decorated and a gorgeous, old house with character, the facilities as such are flawless, the staff is just wonderful - a very warm welcome, helpful, you get a fantastic introduction to the city, the warm breakfast’s made freshly daily and is delicious, Glenda is the wonderful soul of the house who makes your stay even more flawlessly perfect and is a very special, warmhearted lady, the rooms are as fantastic as the whole house - you cannot go wrong here if you want to stay in NOLA and live in an authentic place - we’d return anytime again!

Everything was perfect. Ruby and Peter are really nice and they even gave us a little Christmas gift when we arrived. We really enjoyed the morning talks with Peter when having breakfast. The house itself is like a museum and there are so many little details. Love it! It is close to the lake where you can walk around and has some really nice Restaurants close by.
