A welcoming, lovely young family who makes you immediately feel like you're staying with friends! I spent 2 lovely days with Norbert, Monique and Randa and I enjoyed getting to know them over the meals which they share with their guests. This is the sort of place you'll remember fondly months after you've left Rwanda and that's because of the wonderful people who run it, who take their time to ensure you're comfortable and happy. I also appreciated their flexibility with my ever-changing plans as they accommodated my early arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and full of love. The hosts have a background in tourism so can help arrange (and guide) any activity you may want to do. It's a little gem in Musanze and you'll be so happy you chose to stay here.

Had an amazing time at Volcano View. Isaac and his staff went above and beyond to help me and my friend get around and plan our activities in Musanze. Liborah's cooking was delicious-- we enjoyed local fruit for breakfast and some of her fantastic home-cooked dinners for a few nights when we didn't want to go out. Veg options can be scarce here, so it was nice to have something made. Very cozy and homey vibe.

Staff is really nice and helpful. We really loved this place, it makes you feel like you are on a different planet with all the plants around. We stayed in one of the tree houses and it was magical. At night the staff lighted a bonfire and we had dinner near the fire. Amazing food for Breakfast (different than the usual options) and dinner was really good too, with good prices and quality.

Everything. The garden was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The large portions of food were excellent and fresh. The area and space was quiet and relaxing. The different birds were lovely to watch. It is about a 10 minute moto ride from town centre, but we enjoyed the location. Showers were also great.
