The room was extremely nice, very well made, big and in a very good location - just 15 mins walk from city center. It was also very very clean and had complementary biscuits and wine! The last day that we needed to leave our luggage somewhere after our checkout the staff was very helpful and let us leave our luggage in their offices.

The location of this stay was phenomenal. Right around the corner from the famous bookstore and a very short walk to the train station and numerous churches with the beautiful blue tile exteriors. Management was also very nice and accommodating. It’s a must stay!

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location for accessing all the attractions. Our room was in another building across the road from the hotel but had everything we needed. The room was modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. The main hotel has a great bar with such lovely staff. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and was varied and plentiful, from full English breakfast to continental, again the staff were superb. We can let fault this hotel and would highly recommend it
