Wonderfullyresponsive host. Samuel met us at the apartment, gave us the keys, showed us around and gave helpful advice about parking. Exceptionally clean apartment that was well furnished. Functional kitchen. Excellent location just outside the old city, so less noise, no tourists, but easy access to sites and good restaurants. Public parking ramp VERY convenient and inexpensive just a 2 minute walk down the street. Great coffee and pastries 3 doors down.

Beautiful property. Felt like home. Host was amazing and kind. Food was amazing, felt like we were visiting family. Claudino cooked us wonderful 4 course meal for dinner. Breakfast was a feast. Lovely fire was roaring when we arrived. Best experience of our trip to Portugal. If you are anywhere near…plan to stay. We will be back in summer to enjoy gardens and pool.

He greeted us upon our arrival, showed us around the property , and told us interesting stories about the history of the estate. At the end of the tour, we were invited to have a bottle of wine (made at the estate) and some snacks in the Baroque garden.
