The apartment was spacious and filled with some lovely antique furniture. The owner was there to welcome us which is becoming kind of rare, and spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the area. Sônia is an outstanding host who made you feel like you were in your own home. Vey clean, great location, close to everything touristy and train and bus station. Highly recommendable. Excellent location in the centre of Faro, near the Marina and across the street from the train station. The communal kitchen with all the accoutrements-china, cutlery, cookware, basic staples were available to all guests including their own space in the communal fridge. Each room was allocated its own food bin. There was also a small fridge in the room. An unexpected surprise was access to the roof terrace.
