We stayed three nights and were extremely happy! Apartment is well located with supermarkets, shops and restaurants/cafews close by. The property is very new, very large one bedroom apartment, two bath rooms , closed kitchen well equipt with full size fridge ,gas cooker, microwave etc. Wash machine also worked well. there were even clothes racks... all very considerate. Shower was very hot and strong too. Bedroom is huge with a comfortable bed and lot of storage space. They have 24 hour reception and parking is easy right in front of the building.

This is a little piece of heaven in Salalah. If you are still having doubts, please don't and just book. The compound where the villa is located is super romantic place with plenty of palm trees. The villa is next to the private beach entry. The villa itself is a work of art: En suite bedroom with access to the pool. You also have an access from the living room. And you can hear the waves by night which was amazing for us. You can have slow evenings by the pool on the patio, it s perfect for couples or family because everything is easily accessible. The kitchen was very well equipped, including dishes and pans, anything you ll need if you Want to cook. But if you don't, you still have many restaurants around by walk where you can enjoy different types of cuisine. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. He even gave us access earlier than expected as we had an early morning landing. This was our first time in Oman and honestly, this villa made our trip amazing because of its cleanliness, comfort and very high standing. We Wil be back im September inshalah to enjoy the end of Kharif

The apartment has an absolutely amazing view over the lagoon, it is located at a very peaceful area, and you can see a spectacular sunset right from the terrace. Walking distance from a private beach is a big plus. Everything was clean and comfortable with a great provided manual from activities and restaurant suggestions to a food delivery, etc.The owner and manager were both great and very flexible. I highly recommend this place :)
