Beautiful little house full of history in the heart of old Nizwa turned into a small hotel. It was very atmospheric to stay here, our room was super cute! There is also an AWESOME roof top terrace with great views (I don't think this is even mentioned in the description). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, excellent! (you have to walk a couple of minutes as breakfast is served at another hotel nearby). Stuff were nice. I would be happy to return!

Amazing place nested in the middle of the old town. Has private garage, 2 nice rooms, one with a king size bed, one with king size and single bed, so 5 people can sleep comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and a small but marvelous swimming pool, heaven after 4 long hours of drive to Nizwa. Host was super nice, there were kahwa & dates awaiting for us, in the middle of the kitchenette. The place is next to a beautiful mosque, built around 1200.

Coveniently located near the fort & souq. I kept extending my stay for 4 days, so was moved around because of bookings. Had the chance to try 3 different rooms. The largest double was the nicest (double bed + single), then moved to a smaller double witht the same, then a 3-single bed room which was less comfortable, but good for 3 people splitting a room. Good value & friendly staff.
