I loved staying at this homestay. Ram, Raj and the entire family are amazing people. The food at the restaurant is the best I have had during my time in Nepal! This homestay has basic facilities which is reflected in the friendly price. The beds are quite hard, but just ask for more padding and blankets and they will provide you.

I stayed here for a few months, I loved it here that much. The room had a beautiful view of the old city where the locals would hang out. While I was there they steamed cleaned the carpets, upgraded the wifi, offered to clean my room, any requests were always taken with ease. Bishwo, the owner is absolutely gold, he is always so willing to make sure you have the best time in Nepal and devotes so much of his day to take care of the guests, answer questions, tell you about the cultureand life in Bhaktapur. He really treats you like family. Indu, the young women at the reception is very kind, open and warm hearted. The owner is also running a Hostel across the road, which is a nice place to hang out and meet other travelers, what an absolute bonus. The staff are also building the best rooftop kitchen and bar at the guesthouse, I can't wait to be back!!
