Wonderful guesthouse, the room was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She gave us sweet tasty mango everyday from her garden. The hotel offer bike rental service, boat trips to Rabbit Island and help contact tuk tuk driver, making exploration of the area more convenient. The host's daughter, who is both happy and helpful, gave us notes with cute stickers. The atmosphere at this hotel is truly special, with a super friendly and happy family vibe. I am already looking forward to returning and experiencing this wonderful hospitality once again. Highly recommended!

Practically everything : quitness, internet , beautiful trees, surroundings, kindness of the staff and person in charge, easy going, self-service, free place in the fridge, free bicycle, very good curry meal, english breakfeast. We loved it here. The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

The gardens are beautiful with lots of birds and surrounding wildlife. The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.

This place is gorgeous. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The bungalows are lovely and the main house is lovely. The food was excellent.

Such a comfortable and spacious guesthouse in a beautiful, relaxing garden setting. Kate was very welcoming and lovely to chat to, and her pets were very cute and entertaining. All of the food was absolutely delicious. I love the eco friendly focus of the property and the short walk to Kep Beach. The recommended tuk tuk drivers were very friendly and showed me some beautiful places in the local area. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse as a wonderful place to stay and I hope to return there sometime.
