Visitors are welcome to communicate either in Japanese or in English. 柊日 is not only a relaxing accommodation but also a delightful part of our trip. Shino is very helpful and friendly. He helped us with bikes and recommendations in the neighborhood. Expect an authentic Japanese countryside experience. The rooms were basic but everything was very clean and Shino helped us out getting settled and offered us an extra room.

A great place to relax and get away from the busy city life! Staff is very kind and helpful, and Konchan the cat runs the place smoothly! The onsen water is mild, and is good for everyone, and I loved the fact they were rotating men's and ladies' baths so we could experience both. Delicious food, beautifully presented!
