The hotel is very-well located, the restaurants and touristic places are all in walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was also extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The fridge in the room was working quite well, so we were able to drink cold beverages all the time. There were free coffee and tea in the room. The checkout time is 10:30, which is a little bit early, but there are lockers in the hall where you can put your luggage.

We loved the breakfast, everything was very homey. If you are looking for a quite place with a good breakfast this is your place. It was walking distance to the city center so that was amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Dont worry about the train station being close you cant hear anything from the bedroom.

Sonia was so friendly, warm, accommodating and made us feel so at home. Her morning array of delicious breakfast items was amazing...not to mention the delicious coffee varieties she made for us. We established new friendships with people who had stayed there many times before Sonia went above and beyond by getting our cell phone back that we left in a taxi. Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.
