We highly recommend staying at Carla's place. Carla is a very nice and helpful owner, contact with whom was very quick. The room was clean and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the city of Arezzo. We traveled with bicycles and parking them was also no problem. We left them in the building's internal parking lot. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment looked great from the pictures but exceeded the pictures in person. Everything is new with a very well equipped kitchen, stone counterparts, comfortable beds, and nice art on the walls. Storage for our bicycles. The host was fantastic making sure we felt at home. He even recommended and made reservations for us for haircuts.

Fabio was a gracious and attentive host. Our suite was welcoming and well-stocked with treats and snacks. The washing machine and drying rack were appreciated. The rooftop terrace was a bonus which we enjoyed every night. It was quiet and comfortable and close to everything. Fabio recommended some fantastic restaurants and even gave us a sentimental parting gift when we departed.

The location is so close to everything. Just off the Piazza Grande. The rooftop terrace is an amazing bonus, especially at sunset. Diletta was so communicative and helpful. She gave us suggestions for restaurants that were fantastic. The parking garage they have an agreement with is close and at 10 euros a day it was very reasonable and the attendant was super friendly.
