Really nice wooden cabins with a bathroom. The owner Byarni (spelling ?) was very friendly and worked exceptionally hard at keeping his guests happy and informed us on the local attractions. They also own/manage a local restaurant that serves the best fish soup in Iceland.

A perfect location across from the ferry to Grimsey. For those who travel to the island, this place is ideal to stay. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, decorated with style and it’s comfortable to stay there.

La habitación que nos toco estaba muy completa. Pero el baño no tenia puerta, solo una cortina por lo que no es oportuno para pudorosos. La ducha esta afuera y se comparte con otros huéspedes. Todo esta muy limpio. La cocina muy completa. El sofa cama era extremadamente cómodo dormimos muy bien.

There is beauty in simplicity and that's exactly what this igloo-style room offers. It has a comfortable bed, the room is warm and cozy and it has basic essentials like a kettle and wifi. We were very fortunate to see aurora borealis from our bed on the first night of our stay and to see the calmness of the rain pouring down on the glass windows on our second night. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating and made us delicious breakfast both mornings. This is a must see experience!! Book TODAY ❤
