This was my second stay at this property. It is a very nice building and the room is excellent. The king bed is comfortable, the room was very clean, the TV is large, and the shower is excellent. It is perfect for 2 people.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast and also here you find so much help when it comes to arranging some details of your trip, the airport transfer is offered for a small fee is so convenient, Paula who came to pick me up is just as kind as the hosts and we could arrange for her to help me catch my bus next morning, she took care of me so well! Bonus they have a Mia, the cutest lil Guatemalan dog! And also I got to take away a piece of the Mayan traditions in the form of the worry dolls! So thoughtful & kind people! I had the most restful sleep & was waking up happy and full of gratitude for my stay! And decoration is so so cool! Loved everything about the place!

Location, cleanliness, secure. Sophie and staff did the extra to ensure a memorable stay. I had a tour cancelled by provider and Sophie stepped up and found a replacement. I’m sure it was no small feat since a long weekend with added demand.

The staff are super helpful even offering a pickup and delivery from the airport which is 5 minutes away, and they are all very friendly speaking perfect English. This also applies to a late departure. This hotel is located near the airport, easy to reach (the hotel provides transportation) and in a secure environment. Of course you here some planes flying over... The nightly reception went very smoothly and in a friendly manner. In the morning we got a nice breakfast, but the restaurant also offers simple but very tasty meals in the afternoon. Price-quality completely matches the picture!
