Even though the apartment is in the city centre of Xanthi, there are parking spots in front of the building, free of charge and the street noise is cancelled by the closed windows perfectly. We loved the room! Everything is new, clean, exceptionally well organized, quite high tech and nothing is missing from this apartment. Congratulations!

We really didn't expect that everything is perfect. Location: very close to the city center and old town. Nevertheless, this apartment is well isolated from the street noise, so the sleep is very comfortable. Cleanless: apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything what you need for comfort stay. Looks like appartment is freshly rennovated and good enough for four people. Hospltality: the hostess is very friendly and ready to help if you need any advice or assisstance. Tips: if you travel with car and you need a parking- they have private parking place inside of the yard. The best way to reach it- bring your car in the corner of Miaouli and Leonidou streets, then you can reach inner yard easly. Othervise, to reach the parking from Termopelon street will be dufficult. We satisfied completely with our stay in Xanty in this good apartment, next trip we will choose this location again.

Spyros is the best host possible! We will visit the houses very soon again and recommend the resort to all of our friends. The location is near the mountains and Xanti with very nice historical part, only 30 min from great beach in Fanari with Blue flag for clear sea water. There are perfect nice and lovely houses with great view, the breakfast was also very good! Thank you, Stavros for everything and we will visit the resort again!
