The studio was better than advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Furnishings new and fresh, nice kitchenette. Big balcony. Parking for our vehicle behind the apartment building. Within walking distance to just about everything, including Old Town, the central square, dining and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

Spyros is the best host possible! We will visit the houses very soon again and recommend the resort to all of our friends. The location is near the mountains and Xanti with very nice historical part, only 30 min from great beach in Fanari with Blue flag for clear sea water. There are perfect nice and lovely houses with great view, the breakfast was also very good! Thank you, Stavros for everything and we will visit the resort again!

The villa is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and is equipped with absolutely everything a family needs for a successful vacation. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. We liked the fine sand from the nearby beaches, the garden in front of the house where the children could play, and the sea view from the terrace.
