The room was a delightful surprise for my partner's birthday – meticulously prepared and radiating warmth and light. The bed was a cloud of comfort, and the bathroom, a personal favorite with its captivating charm. What made our stay truly exceptional was Anne's genuine care and attention to every detail. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even provided a variety of breakfast options that included healthy, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Anne's recommendations for dinner were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The location itself is nothing short of magical, offering breathtaking views, serene countryside surroundings, and a symphony of nature's sounds. It was a perfect weekend escape that left us rejuvenated and grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for those seeking a truly special retreat.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi.

We loved everything from the hosts down to the bed sheets. Exceptional value for money and the 2 small bottles of complimentary wine in the fridge were fab. Breakfast was fit for a king and all freshly made. Excellent location for the town centre and local theatre. Highly recommended for a couple of days away from work and kids.

The apartment was small but very comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that it had a full (if compact) kitchen. The garden was lovely, and it was really close to a small cove that was less full of people than the main beach. Perfect for swimming late in the evening. Steve and Anne were great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. A very nice area and an easy walk to the sea, town, Torre Abbey (best tourist attraction in Torquay) and train station. The hosts were welcoming. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and tasty. For a single room it was spacious with even room for an armchair and kettle facilities. Cleanliness was exceptional here.

    Westbrook is in an ideal location only 5 minutes walk to the sea front where there are lots of restaurants, bars and the fabulous marina with multi-million pound yachts and the ferry for Brixham.
