Huge garden, nice pool. 5 minutes walk to a grocery store, an italian buffet, coffee shop and bakery where you can buy everything you need for breakfast, dinner etc. The house has a fully functional kitchen and a large dinner table that can seat 12. There is a washing machine and a drier, ironing board etc. There are fans in almost every room.

Antibes itself is a nice small village at the sea with a good train connection to the nearby towns (Nice return ticket for 10€, train goes every 30 mins, Cannes 6€ )
