For me, the location is ideal. Quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store. Peace, quiet, clean on the estate. House with a garden. For the first time it happened to me that the reality turned out better than the photos on the FB platform. Apartment very clean, well equipped, with all the things necessary for comfortable living. Even laundry clips. Garden with cut grass, where I could play with my dog. Possibility to park a car on the property. Bathroom clean, many towels prepared. The owner very nice and contactable. About 2 km to the center, nearby very nice park (on the route to the city center). I recommend the facility. It is worth using it. I know that when I am once again in Hradec Kralove, I will want to use this accommodation. Full professionalism. Thank you!

The apartment was much better than I thought it would be. It has plenty of space, it has everything you need - from a large and comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen. Clearly a lot of effort went into making it as good as possible. The price is also reasonable in my opinion.

AP10 is a fantastic modern studio apartment, clean, comfortable and very well thought out, there is everything you need for a self-catering stay: fully equipped kitchen inc cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, full size fridge, etc; big comfy bed; large bathroom; sitting area and dining table; washing machine; lots of storage! The outdoor patio is a lovely place to read and enjoy the outdoors. The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood 5 min walk to the train station and many amenities including parks/playgrounds, supermarkets, cafes, shops; its an easy stroll to the river, the old town, and the Flosna pool if you're in Hradec Kralove in the warm weather :) Checking in is super easy, and the owner is very communicative and helpful with information (thank you Michal!). I had a wonderful stay, and hope to come back again!!

We had very comfortable staying here. The apartment is clean, cosy and light. The leaving room is large and with the tiny but comfortable kitchen. To leave the car is safe here ‘cos the parking place is close to the apartment’s windows. Mostly we liked the entrance to the green yard from the bedroom. Thank you!

We wanted to escape the hustle of the big city and decided on "Penzion Nad Oborou". It truly felt like heaven on earth! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, and the rooms are designed so you don't hear other guests. Its location is perfectly distanced from the main city for safe night walks, yet close enough to dive into the action when desired. The breakfast was bountiful, and the rooms were spotless. Parking was a breeze and super secure with a gate that's locked at night. In our view, it's way above the Czech standard. In terms of lodging, it's the best experience we've had in Europe to date.
