I loved my stay here due to several reasons: the host, Hinano, is so wonderful. she is so kind and make me feel so at home. I appreciated her hospitality so much. The place is very clean, comfortable, and ideally situated near the marina, very convenient for diving. The other HUGE plus is having wifi in the bungalow and a bike and kayak at your disposal for no charge. I also enjoyed the privacy. Note that the picture shown first is not part of your space; it’s the lanai in her house, but she will welcome you to enjoy it with her and have a lovely chat. If I were to return to Rangiroa, I would definitely book here again.

Located in Avatoru in the Rangiroa region, Rangiroa Guest Paradise has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Very peaceful and quiet. Great location. The host and their family were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful people. We would definitely recommend staying there. They also offer excursions. Rangiroa Cottage is situated in Avatoru and offers a garden and a bar. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful, quiet spot not far from Avatoru village. Easy bike ride (provided by host) to good restaurants - Chez Rua, Antoinette and a pizza wagon. Super lovable dog and cat, Kahlua and Meme (see pics) on property. Tauhere has done an amazing job on the space and the grounds.

Located in Tiputa in the Rangiroa region, Moana Breeze Eco Lodge features a patio. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. We loved our stay at Moana Eco Breeze. The apartment in a typical Polynesian style house was nicely decorated, had a good fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice terrace overlooking the garden to relax on. The excellent internet in such a remote location was a nice surprise and we enjoyed going around the small island on the free bicycles. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We had dinner at the property one night and the food was excellent. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place!

LE FARE BLEU Tiputa Rangiroa is a recently renovated homestay in Tiputa, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. The pension is new, clean and beautiful. It’s right in front of the beach, it has very comfy sun beds to sit and relax outside and a big table to enjoy the meals. The area is calm and simply wonderful and the lagoon in front is like a pool. We took the kayak twice and explored around (it’s free), and we also used the bicycles taking them with us to the other side via the taxi boat. There are small exotic fishes and even saw a couple of small sharks at dusk. Emanuelle is a lovely person and a great host. Chloe the dog is sweet and there are also 2 cute cats moving discreetly around. Emanuelle suggested us things to do, like a great excursion and helped me out a lot when I got an ear infection. I could not ask for more from a host. If you want to enjoy Rangiroa at your own pace, take in the beauty of the place and leave stress behind this is the place. Thank you for everything!

Set in Avatoru in the Rangiroa region, Farehani 2 features a garden. This apartment offers free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. Spotless clean bungalow, well equipped kitchen, central location in the middle of the atoll. Ann met me at the airport, showed me around and even left some food (I arrived on Sunday and shops were already closed). I would stay again.

Pension Tiputa Lodge Rangiroa offers rooms with free WiFi in Tiputa, conveniently set 1.5 km from Tiputa Pass and village centre. With a private beach area, the property also has free bikes. We spent some time at tiputa lodge, which is a perfect place to relax and be away from the crowds. The quite new house is divided into the part where Henry lives and the flat, which he rents out, so one is the only guest. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is designed to perfection. We found ourselves mostly sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. It is a nice place to snorkel and swim and I also went out on the Kajak provided. There are also deckchairs at the water. You have two bikes to explore the islands.The internet is superfast and reliant. Henry makes a great breakfast, we loved all the coconut breads, cakes and the best sweet coconut water. Also he makes very nice joghurt. At night he would pick up something from the snack for us or drive us to a small restaurant and come to pick us up to bring us back. (He did not advice to bike at night because of the dogs). We had a lovely time at Henry, we shared his passion for diving and we can recommend Tiputa lodge 100%

Le Coconut Lodge is a family guesthouse in Avatoru, in the Rangiroa Region and set in a tropical garden by a private beach on the lagoon side. Sophie (owner of the lodge who also runs it) was very helpful and an amazing host, nothing was a hassle for her. She organised for us last minute an amazing tour, which everyone else seemed to say no to. It was the best tour we’ve been on in a long time! Dinner is on a long table which makes it a nice family style. There are bikes for guests to use and paddle/kayaks all complimentary which was very nice. The beach in front of the lodge is small and we had it all to ourselves (everyone was out on excursions) which made it feel like we were in our own private little area. Thank you for the experience you have created for us!

Featuring garden views, Chez Taia et Véro in Tiputa offers accommodation with free use of kayaks and bikes, barbecue facilities and a garden. Complimentary WiFi is provided. We had a really good time at Taia and Véros place. Even though the room is quite small when all beds are occupied we really liked the terrasse and kitchen areas. For us it was really nice with the washing machine, it needed a gently touch and worked fine. It was a bit away from the small town, so it was amazing we had bicycles available to use for all family - it made it easy to get around. The small beach close by is fine for snorkeling and easy accesible for swimmers. We would definately recommend people to stay with Taia and Véro if the need a pricefriendly stay in Rangiroa :-)

Located on the ocean side, just 800m from Tiputa Pass, Vahaui Paradis offers accommodation with spectacular, endless views. The host was exceptional in every way. He went an extra mile to make our stay memorable. He met us at the airport, gave us a tour of surrounding area, organized daily trips to some of the most remarkable areas on the atoll, and even gave us his personal snorkeling equipment to use. The house itself is located right on the ocean shoreline - the thunder of massive waves crushing on the reef is a constant presence. This creates a remarkable unforgettable atmosphere any other accommodation would struggle to replicate.
