I had a perfect stay at Isla. Hahsaan’s communication was really clear- he asked if I needed help with booking the speedboat before I arrived, met me at the harbour when I arrived on the local ferry (and there was someone to transport the bags to the guest house) and also made it really easy to arrange scuba diving when I arrived (he’s an instructor). The breakfast in the courtyard each morning was really nice and it was great to try the traditional Maldivian breakfast. The whole stay was just so peaceful, the room was large and clean and had everything I needed as well as being well located to all of the bikini beaches and a convenience store was just outside. As a bonus, when I said I was interested in seeing the stingrays that come to feed at night, Hahsaan arranged it to show me which was very cool!

The Guesthouse was located in a quite spot, not far from Bikini beach and nearest shops. We were able to walk easily in the city. The manager of the guesthouse Fahim was VERY friendly, open-minded, he gave us many useful tips about the Thulusdhoo activitues, cheapest shops, cafes with not high prices and delicious food! At the day of our departure Fahim even came to the ferry terminal at 7 a.m. and assisted us with the public ferry boat whuch went to Male today. He cooked amazingly breakfasts everyday, such as pancakes, sandwiches (toasts with the cheese), eggs and etc.

Nadine from the hotel was a special part of our stay. She contacted us before our stay, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and arranged our travel from the airport to the island and greeted us at the port. She was also amazing during our whole stay: She showed us around on the island, booked tables for us at her favourite restaurants, and arranged everything from massages at a local spa to wind surfing classes. She provided us with the opportunity to take a shower after check-out, so that we could spend the whole day at the beach before our travel to Malé. The hotel is located in a very special place, since it is on one of the two bikini beaches. Therefore, we could go in a bikini from our hotel to the beach, which is very special. The breakfast was good, and we could eat it at the beach while looking at the beautiful sea. The staff was amazing the whole time, and we even got pizza several days as a snack around lunch time. There was also tea, coffee, and hot/cold water available at all times. The island became our favourite of the islands we have visited in the Maldives, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere, different restaurants, small local shops, and many possible activities - like going on a boat trip to watch the many dolphins in the area and different surfing opportunities.

Location was central in the village, great WiFi, bed and all was fine. Breakfast was simple but great. Unlimited coffee and tea. No cooking area. Dinner was great. It’s a simple place with 4 rooms. The best was the housekeeper Rafik; always happy, polite, giving and generous and even made breakfast to go as I was leaving. He’s a hard worker and does his best to remember things.

Villa Kudì Maldives Guest House Thulusdhoo ligger i Thulusdhoo och har en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en restaurang och vattensporter. The rooms are big, clean and very well equipped. The guesthouse is super well decorated and feels like a perfect oasis. Federica and Davide are the best! They helped us with everything we needed and arranged amazing excursions that made our trip the best possible. They are super friendly and will make you feel like at home. They also give really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat on the island. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Federica and Davide even provide more if you have a big stomach. It’s homemade and super tasty. In additions to great activities, villa kudi provides bikes and snorkelling equipment for you to rent easily. It removes the pain of having to find it on the island.

The Sunrise Huraa erbjuder gratis WiFi, en grill och boende i Huraa, 25-30 minuters resa med motorbåt från Malé. Hotellet har en egen restaurang. Alla rum har en platt-TV. Amazing place to stay! The staff were so lovely and friendly, really happy to answer any questions. Their communication was excellent throughout - we messaged them at the time of booking and they confirmed things with us in the lead up, including booking our transfer from Male. Upon check-in, they provided a lovely explanation. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was most welcomed. We also really valued having access to bikes to ride around the island. Would stay again and highly recommend.
