We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!

Beautiful house in a divine environment, you just hear the sound of the waves and the peacocks! Shehan the owner is super super nice and he became a friend he is a warm and giving host and a wonderful cook!

Exceptional experience at O2 Villas Yala! So beautiful, private and peaceful. Amazing staff! So accommodating and truly went the extra mile. Lovely pool and views! A monkey even came to visit on the balcony. What an experience!

El Nil Sisila Beach Resort Yala se encuentra en Yala, en la región de Hambantota, y ofrece alojamiento con estacionamiento privado gratuito. We spent two nights in this little resort at a lonely beach right next to Yala NP. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. You can stroll along the long beach, collect shells and watch the sea birds. The owner Hansa and his assistant and cook made us feel very comfortable and served us delicious meals and great breakfasts with big fruit plates, once even the Sri Lankan style breakfast. The curries and the fish dishes were outstanding and very tasty! It was a three-course meal every evening cooked just for us! The price for these meals was absolutely okay for us. Hansa is a very knowledgeable person who can tell you a lot of interesting things about life in Sri Lanka if you ask him. We especially enjoyed sleeping outside on the big porch where there are three beds to relax in during day and night. The unforgettable highlight of our stay, however, was watching an elephant at about four o’clock in the morning, eating some leaves from his favorite tree next to the main house and then passing silently by the veranda where we were breathless (and a little nervous) onlookers!

El Treasure Rock se encuentra en Kirinda, a 36 km de Weligama, y ofrece un restaurante y wifi gratis. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno continental. El Treasure Rock dispone de terraza. I would like to share my experience at Treasure Rock. It was my first staying in villa’s type hotel and it’s absolutely amazing! The staff is very polite and kind, always here to help, top service! The food is delicious and not very spicy, enormous portions. The director of the hotel is a really nice lady! She organized us a free ride to the waterfalls. The villa is a masterpiece, so stylish! 10 out of 10! Swimming pool is clean and very useful considering big ocean’s weaves. Nearby there is the Yala Park with exotic animals and beautiful mountains. I recommend this villa to those who really wants to stay away from big cities, it’s so calm and peaceful. However words are not enough to describe this magnificent place, you have to discover it by yourself!

El Humbhaha Jungle Eco Resort-Yala Kataragama, situado en Kataragama, a 1,9 km del templo de Kataragama, ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamiento privado gratuito, salón común y... This is one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and you can spend quite a while wandering the property and looking at all the quirky artwork. I would highly recommend staying in for dinner one night as the food was exceptionally delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! They organized our safari ride as well as Tuk Tuks into town. The rooms are a bit on the rustic side, but it adds to the fun experience!

El Yala Leopard Camping se encuentra en Yala, a 8 km de Situlpawwa, y ofrece una parrilla y vistas al mar. Se proporciona ropa de cama. El Yala Leopard Camping alberga un parque infantil. Great place to stay in Yala for very reasonable prices with including Yala safari. The tents were very clean, spacious, and comfortable with amazing showers. They were able to seamlessly arrange our safari through Yala, where we saw elephants, water buffalo, monkeys, deer, and leopards. The food was absolutely incredible and the camping staff were great. This place definitely lived up to our expectations.

El Jetwing Safari Camp se encuentra a las afueras del parque nacional de Yala y ofrece aire acondicionado. Kataragama está a 21 km. Hay wifi gratis. Amazing property, amazing staff and amazing facilities. Has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at by far. There is nothing in this facility that I would change!
