If you stick around at the camp during the day, they will pamper you with fresh coconuts, show you how to prepare cashews, take you canoeing to Mida (Captain Daniel is a great guide, unlike some other "guides" you will find on the coast, he actually posesses an abundance of knowlege and has great spirit - he is so fun to be around!), and show you how to make local food. A special shout-out to the ladies - their cooking is amazing! Definitely join their cooking classes or, if you are more into eating, they will make you a great supper with fresh local ingredients. This is a growing organization - for now they can provide only the essentials of facilities, but the prices are adjusted accordingly. Even if you decide to spend your nights elsewhere, be sure to visit the camp and ask about the activities they provide. Located in Watamu, 700 metres from Watamu Bay Beach, Rafiki Jua Resort provides accommodation with an infinity pool, free private parking and a garden. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. The highlight for me was definitely the food - the resort has several on-site chefs that served us a variety of local cuisines, and every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. The resort also offered a range of activities and excursions for guests to enjoy, including snorkeling, diving,dhow rides,There is truly something for everyone here, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an adventure-filled getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Rafiki Jua to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Watamu. The combination of stunning natural scenery, excellent service, and fantastic food make it a top-notch resort that I can't wait to visit again. 👌🌊🏊‍♀️🌴🍽️

Located in Watamu, Cacuki Boutique House provides accommodation with a private pool, a patio and pool views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was good, although not very close to the beach. The close proximity to the swimming pool made an attractive alternative. A social and friendly environment, staff were extremely helpful.

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a patio, Manasha Apartment 1 is set in Watamu. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Apartment 1 was really well decorated and very spacious. We were two guests but it could have easily fit 6 people. Aisha the host was very wonderful and accommodated our last minute request of changing the dates. She also suggested great activities we could do while in Watamu✨. We had all the amenities we needed and the location was quite safe and well secured. Papa Remo beach is literally opposite the compound and makes for a great walk along the beach. The top floor also has a a fantastic 360 view of Watamu and one can easily see the sun setting down. We will definitely be back at a later date, we really had a fantastic time👌🏾

Perfect location, 4 steps to the pool, 15 steps to the ocean, you can hear the sound of the waves in the bedroom and on the terrace at night. Well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms with shower, living room with TV with access to YouTube and other channels. Stylish and well-kept furnishings. Beautiful plants on the terrace and in the garden throughout the property, guarded property, well-kept private beach, friendly staff who make sure you always have a deckchair on the beach or by the pool - whatever you choose. I recommend the Masai Beach restaurant in the area - great food at a good price.

Very calm and peaceful environment. The pool and the garden beds were very relaxing. The path from the house to ocean (100 meters away) gives you an outstanding view. The views, amenities, staff, room service, the boss. Everything was top notch and I would totally recommend it for any stay.
