Set in the quiet countryside of Eastern Iceland, these basic cottages are 7 minutes’ drive from the village of Vopnafjördur. It provides a kitchenette and free toiletries. This is a small cottage, but the huge heart of the hosts more the compensates on it. On breakfast the host played the piano for us while we were eating her homemade jam (which was fantastic). I highly recommend. Also great place to see the Aurora.
