Ibrahim was very responsive and helped us arrive at the houseboat. He gave us great recommendations for things to do around, and even took us to a few places for shopping. He organized Shikara rides not just for us but also our friends. The houseboat is very well located, very clean and beautiful. It is uniquely positioned on a corner, and thus, we had great view from our bedroom. The room was spacious, well-lit and tidy. We would definitely like to stay there when we are back.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Good serving Quality Food. Tasty Food and Service was really wonderful. Especially a server named Khursheed , Danish , Ganie , Polite, Calm, Respectful and Fast in response. This is the best and my first choice. Pasadona Houseboat is one of the best house boat in kashmir valley. Most of the travel agent stay their clients in this houseboat.

Dinner at Tashkand was our best dining in Kashmir as it's fresh meat, homemade, and no MSG. If you stay here I recommend trying 1 dining at his place. The place is clean and tidy. There's towels and amenities provided. There s no heater in the bedroom but it's replaced with warmed electric blanket which works very well to keep you warm at night, especially in winter. There are free shikara ride across to main road if you paid for shikara ride trip the first or second day. It's a special deal that the houseboat made with shikara riders so you will get the best deal and save money if you get shikara trip. It was the memorable, affordable house boat price. They are happy to answer questions, but you can also observe the pace of things and how they relate to each other. It's more of an experience than just a place to stay. Unlike most other houseboats, Chicago makes greater investments in maintenance and cleaning. The kitchen and common areas are outstanding. Hot water and wifi was 100% dependable.

We even celebrate eid with their family. It was an amazing stay and looking forward to visit Kashmir again jn the future!
