We had a wonderful stay at Mango Guest House in Aswan, just around our day trip to Abu Simbel. The guest house provided a calm and clean environment, making our experience truly lovely. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights was the easy access to Elephantine Island, with frequent boats available for a convenient visit. Overall, we had a great time at Mango Guest House and would highly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Aswan.

They provide free transport across on their private boat even at midnight. Gasser was very friendly. Breakfast was good and they provide a lot of food.

It was like a paradise, away from noise, pollution, and distraction. The best place we have ever visited. Very charming, relaxing, where you fell and live in peace.

We were so happy to meet the Nubian people through Ahmed and his family. They are extremely kind, sweet, helpful, honest and we would love to come back just to get to know them more. They were always super attentive and careful. The food was delicious, the place super clean, comfy and in the heart of the village. We are so grateful to meet them and stay with them.

Artika Wadi Kiki Hotel ligger 18 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass samt restaurang. Det finns gratis WiFi. I liked EVERYTHING, the hotel is beautiful and in a local village and is the best experience, is in front of the nile and you have beautiful views, the food is delicious, the room clean and comfortable, but something special about this hotel is the staff specially Hamo and Padro, they always helped me with everything, transfers, tours, doubts and everything I definitely will come back again :)

Kafana Guest House Nile View ligger i Aswan, 23 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum, och erbjuder strandnära boende med flera faciliteter, bland annat en egen strand. It is a nice intimate place in the beautiful island of Elephantine. The room was spotlessly clean, which was great relief after being disappointed by different hostels in Cairo. We enjoyed the short walks on the island, where we met a lot of welcoming local families, away from the hustle of downtown. We also enjoyed the beautiful little terrace and garden in front of the room, and the good dishes made by Kafana and his crew. They were all extremely nice and respectful, besides being a great company and fun to be around. We felt we were among friends. Kafana himself is very accommodating and went out of his way to get us to our train on time. Very thankful for this experience and will surely visit again.
