We stayed for two nights to check out on Puerto Plata. Staff was very nice and even send us all the stuff around like sightseeing spots, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was very good as well as the room (Junior Suite). The city is reachable within 5 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarket can be reached by foot in only 5 min. PERFECT!

Danièle is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She goes out of her way to answer any questions you might have, both before and after you have arrived. I arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve. She gathered some solo travelers from the hotel and took us for a drive and walk around town. Then she managed to find one of the few restaurants that were open, where we all had a lovely meal together. The hotel is very cozy and homey, with a large rooftop, a terrace, and a garden.

She made the whole stay so much better and the next time I think about going to DR, she will be the first person I will contact.

I was so happy to found this place that is located pretty close to the Alicia beach within 3 minutes walking. The staff has a nack for being nice with customer. The breakfast there has a very few variations but high quality food and amazing taste, the coffee was a highlight for me.

Situated 7.1 km from Ocean World and offering a terrace, MB Apartment - A offers accommodation in San Felipe de Puerto Plata. The location was great. It is a 15 min walk to cultural centre of Puerto Plata and a 10 min drive to the cable car station. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city and ocean. Juan and his wife both met us and gave us good advice about sightseeing, restaurants and other local information. They were very friendly and helpful and Juan spoke excellent English. The apartment was well equipped and it was good to have a secure parking space in front of to the apartment.
