オーナーは気さくな方です、最初湯沸器が壊れてお湯が出なかったのですがすぐ業者を呼び 交換してくれて使えるように対応してもらいました。徒歩５分位で７イレブン、ミニbigCのコンビニ 10分位でスーパーチープがあります。いずれも24HR営業。 この施設にはレストランがあり。夜２回行きました。パッタイとサラダ、マンゴスムージー美味しかったです。 向のapple treeというカフェもおすすめです。プールや庭はきれいに手入れされています。

One of the best Guest House experience I have had in Thailand! The hosts are the sweetest couple ever, always here to make us feel like home. Everything you need (and even dont need) is there/has been provided in a top quality. The location of the Villa (last in line) gives you extended privacy while only be steps away from the beach (without people at that stretch)

This is the most wonderful property i have stayed in. The love and care that the owners give is beyond generous and as a single traveler i was in luxury. They left real coffee and 6 large bottles of water and high quality kitchen wear. It is perfect for a couple, children could not respect how much work someone went to to make this perfect little holiday home. You get free decent adult bicycles, the gardens are gorgeous, the pictures of this property do not show how lovely this little house is. It is a mini heaven

This place is simply stunning - both the property and the apartment itself are great. Much better than what we had expected and what it looks like here on booking. The property has many pools alongside the buildings (including baby pool) lovely grass pads to relax on and beachfront at the back yard. Everything is extremely well maintained and beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, light, well equipped and the terrace opens directly to the pool.

My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.
