The property is located in a nice area, close to the ocean and the facilities: grocery stores, restraints and a bus stop. The house is exceptionally good equipped, everything is very thought through. It is spotless clean, has a garden and a terrace. What makes the property unique are the owners, Nathalie and Andre who made us feel at home with being very caring, yet discreet.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They go the "extra mile" to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard (my wife is fussy and even she approved!). Breakfast served on our terrace each morning (10 GBP extra per person per day) and there are some good restaurants nearby (Lobster Bay and Paradisier) less than 5 minutes walk. A couple of shops 1 minute away with water, alcohol, snacks etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

We felt very welcomed at Ocean Villa. The studio has everything needed. Location is really great - beachfront on Grand Anse and several minutes walking on the beach to the nearby shop.

The stay was absolutely perfect. It’s not luxury hotel but it has more than this because of kind and very helpful people - Sanjan ans Madame Morele. The villa is actually at the beach, you can go on the beach anytime. The apartament was very clean and nice, kitchen had very good equipement. Really good breakfasts with the view. Everything you need to have perfect stay

The location is very good, near to Anse Geogrette, Valle De Mai, Cat Coco Ferry, Restaurants, Souvenirs Shop and the white Sand beach is just behind the Hotel. The wood furnitures inside the Hotel and in the Garden are very unique and warm. You feels like home! My special thanks to “ERICA”!! She was very helpful for everything!! She was caring a lot and taking care of everything like a mother!! A big big thanks to her!!!! My 5 days holiday in Praslin was great and unforgettable!! Highly recommend!! Also my big thanks to the guy who brought my good breakfast every morning! He’s very nice & friendly. Very helpful too and always smiling! Thank you very much!! Cozy and comfortable villa. All new and clean - kitchenware, beds, showers etc. Regular cleaning (special thanks to the lady). Owner is nice and kind - provided all requested - late check out, transfers etc. many-many thanks as well! Quiet area. We rented a car in Praslin - this is strongly recommended to fully enjoy your stay

Very nice quiet place to stay. If it is a couple you may do barbeque, kitchen fully equiped with everything you may need. Comfortable mattress to sleep. Very quiet, in the morning while having breakfast on the terrace enjoying the birds singing in the garden. Remote location.
